Dr. Frank Hagenow holds university degrees in psychology and tourism. He studied in Hamburg especially focussing on pedagogical, work-related, and organisational psychology.

Being specialised in the psychology of communication, Dr. Hagenow has held numerous seminars for managers. He has also successfully performed many conflict resolutions and supported numerous top managers in his coachings. Additionally, he looks back on a long career as psychological evaluator and manager.
Dr. Hagenow successfully completed an extracurricular training in “Counselling and Training” with Prof. Friedemann Schulz von Thun. He received his PhD for an effectual training concept on professional conversation techniques.
In his first career, Dr. Hagenow owned driving schools in Hamburg and Rostock and conducted many driver security trainings.
Dr. Hagenow was awarded as a 'Certified Speaking Professional' (CSP™) by the American Speakers Association, the National Speakers Association (NSA). The CSP is an internationally and worldwide recognized quality award for full-time speakers. Of over 5,000 speakers worldwide, only about 10% are CSPs. The CSP is acquired through a combination of professional development, several years of professional experience, professional stage performance, proven economic success and entrepreneurial skills.
Dr. Hagenow is recognised Europe-wide as “Psychologist EuroPsy” through the European Certificate in Psychology by EFPA (European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations).
His speeches have also taken him to numerous international venues, such as China, Iceland, Singapore, Namibia, Netherlands, Italy, Turkey, Switzerland, Austria, South Africa, France, Spain, Malaysia, Ireland and the USA.
In his free time Dr. Hagenow enjoys magical tricks, the opera and the theatre, his racing bike and skiing as well or a little tune on the piano (not at the same time, though).
